Intro to SBDM


A six-hour course for new SBDM council members.

Facilitated by Dr. Tom Hiter, a certified SBDM trainer, this course fulfills the KDE requirement for six hours of training for newly-elected SBDM council members.  At the end of this course, learners earn a certificate of completion for six hours of SBDM EILA Credit.

This course has rolling registration; however, we recommend a minimum of one week for course completion. If you do not complete the course by the term's end date, you will have to re-enroll during the following term.

Summer:    July 1 - September 20
Fall:            October 1 - December 21
Winter:       January 1 - March 21
Spring:      April 1 - June 21 (This course term is currently open.)

PAYMENT: KET accepts school or district purchase orders and credit cards. Make payable to KET, 600 Cooper Drive, Lexington KY 40502.  We request school personnel submit orders using a purchase order number; otherwise, a copy of the purchase order needs to be emailed to pd@ket.org after submitting the online order.  Invoices are emailed immediately to the contact provided at the time of order. Please forward the emailed invoice to accounts payable for payment within 30 days.
